Covid Compliance Course

Course Overview

The GFA COVID Compliance Course showcases best practices and procedures for film production during the COVID-19 worldwide outbreak, detailing preventative practices approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Georgia Department of Public Health (GDPH), and developed for industry-specific needs. The course may be presented entirely online for all crew and key personnel. The GFA will coordinate with producers, department heads, and safety officers as needed to prepare for unique challenges of their productions.

Course Delivery

Industry professionals will complete two virtual sessions.

  • Virtual Session 1: This 30 minute session will provide general safety and sanitation production protocols, required for all cast and crew.
  • Virtual Session 2: This 30 minute session will provide craft-specific instruction based on the department of the industry professional.

An industry professional’s completion of the two virtual sessions will earn a GFA COVID Compliance Certificate.

Course Cost

FREE to productions.The goal of this course is to encourage Georgia’s film & television activity to return safely and responsibly, while adding value for taxpayers. Companies will have the opportunity to contribute to the GFA Internship Fund voluntarily if they choose by clicking this link

How to Access
